Senior Staff System Architecture Software Engineer with Rivian Automotive, LLC in Tustin, CA. Lead the architecture design & technical execution for end-to-end system features. Supervise a team of 8. Domestic travel 10% of the time.

Requirements: Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related field & 3 years of [or a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in an acceptable field as stated above + 5 years of] experience developing HV propulsion system architectures withn the automotive industry. Experience must include: working with design principles to build embedded systems; firmware development experience in C; working with Automotive/ EV powertrain systems; experience with automotive standards (ISO26262, UDS, OBD etc) & communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet etc); & experience with customer fleet data analytcs to generte critical insights for vehicle performance.
