Assistant Housing Manager

The Trenton Housing Authority is seeking a qualified candidate for Assistant Housing Manager. This position reports to an Asset Manager and is responsible for administrative and supervisory work related to the operation of affordable rental housing developments owned and/or managed by THA.

An Associate's Degree from an accredited college with a major in social services, public administration, or related and a minimum of three (3) years of experience in subsidized housing programs or social services case management is required. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Candidate must possess a valid driver's license.
