Janitor

Job Description:
We are looking for a janitorial maintenance person to take care of our buildings and carry out cleaning, light maintenance, and make ready duties. The goal is to keep our building and grounds in a clean and orderly condition.

Essential Duties:
Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)
Clean grounds
Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
Make adjustments and minor repairs
Follow all health and safety regulations
Prepare make-ready’s from creating punch lists, trash-outs, painting, light maintenance, and final cleaning
Prepare property for inspections

Skills:
Proven working experience
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
Must be able to work indoors and outdoors, walk up and down stairs regularly, and be able to lift/carry 50lbs.
Integrity and ability to work independently
