Industrial Production Manager Plan/implement/execute the corrective/preventive actions to ensure the plan meets all regulatory safety (OSHA) , environmental (EPA), and customer requirements. Direct/Supervise process improvement resulting in safer operations, quality improvements & accomplishing yearly savings targets. Coordinate with engineering and operation management, develop annual facility/operational capital project plans, train new employees on Safety/Shop Floor Procedures/compliance issues; prepare reports on engineering/quality analysis. Req. BS in Industrial Engineering or related +3 yr. exp. in production line setup/implementation; lean manufacturing, corrective actions and root cause analysis, SOP/visual aids. Strong background in quality/production optimal schedule/water analysis compliance.
