Farmworkers needed Farmer needs 30 workers to harvest and pack watercress, March 19, 2018 to October 27, 2018. The employer is B & W Quality Growers, Inc. Workers will be paid various piece rates depending upon crop activity and variety, but will be guaranteed $11.19 to $12.05 per hour depending on location. Worksites are located in Martinsburg, West Virginia with nearby fields in Pennsylvania and Maryland. Employer will guarantee the opportunity for work for the hourly equivalent of 3/4th of the workdays of the work period.

The employer will provide all necessary tools at no charge to the worker. Housing will be provided for individual workers outside normal commuting distance. For workers residing beyond normal commuting distances, reasonable transportation and subsistence expenses to the worksite will be provided or paid by the employer after completion of 50% of the work period.
