Rental Coordinator Full Time Position-Stroudsburg Area

Job duties include but not limited to, oversee day-to-day operations of apartment complex, show available apartments, process applicants, market apartments.

Job Requirements - apartment rental experience (federally funded apartments) preferred, good people & communication skills, highly motivated, attention to detail, reliable, dependable, ability to work independently, must have own transportation, possess valid PA Driver's License.
