The Crowther Group in Dallas, TX is looking for an Assistant
Construction Superintendent to manage onsite teams which
includes record-keeping, daily report-writing, and
communication. Also, supervising construction progress outside; exposure to uncomfortable weather; e.g., extreme heat/cold. Engage in customer service to work directly with clients and community. Measuring and monitoring company diversity goals and participation alongside executive team members. Help develop new programs and practices that increase diversity and provide support to various groups within and outside the
organization. This position requires travel within the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex. Must have High School Diploma or equivalent plus 2 years of experience in construction, customer service,
