A local company is seeking a Billing Specialist to manage the process of service from the time it is sold until it is paid.  Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Create jobs from sales quotations
• Track and record technician installation information
• Reconcile quote and final job installation, including materials and labor
• Customer and sub-contractor invoicing
• Record payments
• Create daily and weekly status update reports
• Perform other duties as required

Job Qualifications:

• Must have 2+ years of billing experience in a fast-paced atmosphere
• Experience working with direct job billing is a plus
• Must be able to commit to a high level of customer service
• Must have strong computer and accurate data entry skills
• Must be able to analyze large amounts of data while paying a strict attention to details
• Must have the ability to consistently handle multiple priorities
• Must have excellent organizational and time management skills
• Must have experience working with confidential information
