Overview

The Opportunity:

 

As a Recruiting Data Analyst you will support the Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Marketing teams with your data and reporting expertise, build and maintain the group's data architecture, ensure data quality by documenting processes, metrics, and definitions, and assist group members in ad-hoc data requests. You'll utilize your expertise of data and reporting to impact performance metrics, inform leadership, and own data-driven solutions as you support business partners. You will collaborate with operational partners within the organization and report to the Group Vice President of Talent Acquisition and Brand.

 

The Day-to-Day:

  • Query large datasets and create meaningful reports to meet needs across departments
  • Maintain data visualization dashboards as an administrator
  • Configure, support, and optimize various recruiting systems
  • Partner with Recruiting teams to proactively find ways to increase efficiencies in our systems and processes
  • Use your knowledge to advise stakeholders & managers on operational improvement initiatives

Your Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics and business analysis, preferably in Human Capital
  • Experience with Project Management
  • Strong experience with configuring and managing applicant tracking systems
  • Demonstrate ability to use advance Excel techniques, SQL, and Tableau
  • Experience creating requirement documents and process workflow diagrams
  • U.S. candidates must be fully vaccinated as defined by the medical community against COVID-19 and provide proof of such vaccination by date of hire
