The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for supervising staff to assess, plan, coordinate and evaluate services in the daily operations of the assigned Medical Imaging department(s). 

• EDUCATION / CERTIFICATION / LICENSURE
  • Required:
    • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
    • Must have Basic Life Support (BLS) certification at the time of hire or within two (2) weeks after hire.
    • Currently licensed by the State of New York to practice Diagnostic Medical Radiography.
    • Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists registration.
  • Preferred:
    • None specified
• EXPERIENCE
  • Required:
    • Minimum of five (5) years’ experience as a Medical Imaging Technologist with three (3) years in the appropriate area of specialty.
  • Preferred:
    • Previous supervisory work experience.
• SPECIAL SKILLS / EQUIPMENT
  • Working knowledge of MS Outlook.

This is a working supervisor in busy department, may be required to cover other shifts as needed.  Need to be available to respond to staff needs.
