RESIDENT MANAGERS

Seeking 2-person management team -- sole applicants DO NOT apply. 

Live on site and operate a self storage facility in Southside Richmond. 

Duties will  include leasing, customer service, delinquent collections, grounds care and light maintenance  repairs.  Some weekend work.  Computer experience required.  Ideal for persons wanting to "pull back" but not ready to retire.  Must be dependable, trustworthy, self-directed and able to pass background check. 

Conversational Spanish a definite plus.

Needed 2 weekends / month. Computer experience req’d. Half-day Sat in office with customers to lease units
or collect payments. Remainder of Sat. and all day Sun. doing outside work to include: sweep units, mowing,
blow parking lot,weeding, assisting customers, etc.
