LeafGuard is a specialty gutter company leader in the home improvement industry we are actively looking for an Assistant Production Manager for our growing company. The ideal candidate will work under the direction of the Branch Production Manager and assist with overseeing production operations and personnel issues related to its department in the facility. 

Responsibilities: 

• Scheduling services. 
• Address customers complaints and concerns as needed. 
• Collection of monies owed to the company by our customers. 
• Schedule and report daily production activities to management. 
• Be knowledgeable and aware of applicable local, state, and federal safety and OSHA programs. 
• Implement efficient practices and modifications for improvement 

Qualifications/Work Experience: 

• Excellent communication, detail oriented, organizational and time management skills 
• Good Customer Service skills
