Nursing Positions

The Berkshire County Sheriff's Office, Jail and House of Correction has openings for the following nursing positions: Full-time 40 hour/week nurse on the second shift (3:00 PM to 11:00 PM). This position includes working every other weekend. Full-time 40 hour/week nurse on the 3rd shift (9:00 PM to 7:00 AM) Tuesday through Friday. RN starting salary $87,801.76/year plus shift differential. LPN starting salary $62,649.25/year plus shift differential. Position carries full state employee benefits package including state pension, various insurance options, deferred compensation, educational incentive and competitive salary.
