Our Director of Development is a senior fundraising position that provides huge potential for the successful candidate to grow and lead the development department. The Arc is poised to continue to develop its services and enhance the quality of life for people with developmental disabilities and their families throughout the Inland Northwest. The successful candidate will have experience in development, management, and marketing and will lead the development and marketing team at Washington's largest chapter of The Arc. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated, collaborative team builder to innovate, grow, and professionalize a young development office and build upon the strong reputation of The Arc by creating, fostering, and maintaining sustainable relationships with donors in our community and beyond.

Compensation $56,500 & $65,000, DOE, Exempt, Full-time, Excellent benefits, and the potential flexibility to work remotely.
