Maintenance Technician 

Cardinal Capital Management, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician for a multi-site portfolio of residential housing units serving the elderly and disabled population. Buildings located in Columbus, Randolph, Markesan, and Portage. Ideal candidate will possess 1-3 years of experience in all aspects of building maintenance including knowledge and experience in apartment turnover, painting, cleaning, and completing work orders. Qualified candidate will also have a strong work ethic, be able to work independently and possess excellent customer service skills. They must be a team player who will communicate with other team members and tenants in a courteous manner to ensure a positive environment and elevate customer satisfaction.

This is a 40-hour/week position that offers a stable, long-term employment opportunity and provides hourly compensation.
