Cornerstone Nursing & Rehab Center in Bagley, MN is looking for a Certified Dietary Manager to join our team!

Candidate will be responsible for overall functions & supervision of the dietary department, Food production & service, Maintain inventory & order groceries, Ensure menus & diets are followed & within compliance with Federal, State & Local laws & regulations.

Experience in supervision preferred. Applicant must be a Certified Dietary Manager, or Certified Food Service Manager, or similar national certification in food service management and safety from a national certifying body, or an associate's or higher degree in food service management.
