• Turnover Maintenance Positions 

Competitive Salary based on Experience. Applicants must be dependable, and highly motivated with at least 3 years’ experience in general home repair. Work is indoor/outdoor, Snow removal & On-Call Rotational.

Valid driver’s license required, Must pass background check, must have basic tools, Carpentry skills a plus! Medical, Paid Vacation, 401K Available

• Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Service /Installation Technician

Competitive Salary based on Experience. Applicants must have experience in Service, Installation, & Recovery. Must have strong knowledge of HVAC systems & be able to troubleshoot. Applicants must have own tools & good Customer Service skills. Snow removal & On-Call Rotational.
