Laboratory Manager

$5000 Sign-On Bonus

Full-Time Days (Monday-Friday)

The job duties of a Laboratory Manager includes:

• Provides direct supervision for Medical Technologist & Phlebotomist
• Conducts Training & Development of Staff/New Equipment
• Defines, coordinates, and monitors, quality assurance
• Ensures quality control & compliance procedures are followed
• Develops and manages annual lab budget
• Acts as hands on medical technologist

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• MT (ASCP) Certification or Equivalent
• 4 years Experience
