Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Westmont, IL Central Warehouse
Employment Type: Full-time 9am-6pm every other Saturday. When a Saturday is required you will be given a day off during the week. All team members share the responsibility of working every other Saturday
Hours: 9am-6pm
Pay: $15-$17 per hour
Position Summary
The customer service representative will answer all incoming phone orders from Phillip’s retail store locations, individual customer orders, online orders, funeral homes, incoming orders from independent shops, and event orders. These calls are either fielded out to the appropriate locations or are handled directly by the Customer Service Representative.
