Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Westmont, IL Central Warehouse

Employment Type: Full-time 9am-6pm every other Saturday. When a Saturday is required you will be given a day off during the week. All team members share the responsibility of working every other Saturday

Hours: 9am-6pm

Pay:  $15-$17 per hour

 

Position Summary

The customer service representative will answer all incoming phone orders from Phillip’s retail store locations, individual customer orders, online orders, funeral homes, incoming orders from independent shops, and event orders. These calls are either fielded out to the appropriate locations or are handled directly by the Customer Service Representative.

 

Specific Duties

  • You will answer approximately 30 calls a day. Process orders through the Quick Flora POS system.
  • Address issues, concerns, problems, related to a customer’s floral order.
  • Process online orders directly from Phillip’s Flowers website as well as incoming wire orders.
  • Call out orders to independent stores for customer floral requests that are out-of-state.
  • Review reports daily for incoming, processed, and outgoing orders to ensure no missed deliverables of customer requests.

 

Skills and Qualifications

  • Dependability
  • The ability multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Accurate data entry into Quick Flora
  • Good customer service and phone etiquette
  • Ability to type. Basic computer knowledge such as copy, paste, email, saving documents, attaching and faxing.

 

Physical Requirements

  • Sitting 8 hours per day
  • Wearing a headset continuously
  • Ability to read print on 24 inch monitors for 8 hours per day
