Economic Development Specialist

The Downtown Development District (DDD) is a publicly funded entity responsible for the development and management of downtown. The Economic Development Specialist is responsible for providing support to the Economic Development Director to inspire private investment in the district by providing accurate, up-to-date data and other information about downtown properties. This also includes tax credits targeted to business and real estate development community and other agencies. They are the first point of contact for property owners, real estate developers, brokers, and businesses who need data and other tools to promote the benefits of doing business in downtown. Salary Range $55,000 to $70,000. Parks and Public Space Coordinator The Park and Public Space Coordinator shall coordinate and supervise programming and special events. This includes scheduled weekly programing (such as a fitness class or lunch time concert), and other special events. Salary Range $40,000 to $45,000.
