Billing Specialist

Arthur, Chapman, Kettering, Smetak & Pikala P.A. is seeking a Billing Specialist to perform functions related to billing and collections that include client/matter intake, time entry, electronic & traditional billing, communication with attorneys/clients to resolve billing issues, cash application, etc.

Candidates must have demonstrated ability to work under tight deadlines and manage a high volume of work with multiple priorities. Excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, proficiency in Excel, and billing experience with professional services are required. Knowledge of Elite billing software is preferred. Must be self-motivated and able to work independently and also within a team.
