Architectural Design Coordinator/ CAD Technician

Seeking an experienced CAD Technician with a construction background.

Skills Required
• Has the ability to take the lead on project design
• AutoCAD skills preparing 2d presentation and working drawings
• 3d drawings and renderings
• Site plans and surveys
• Documentation of as-built structures
• Understanding of local and national building codes

Preference will be given to applicants with 3 years of experience
