Arthur County Schools is seeking qualified candidates as a 7 -12 Science instructor in our JH/High School for the 2022- 2023 school year.   Candidates for this position shall work collaboratively with teachers in grades K-12. Be able to teach a variety of subjects for students in grades 7-12 and prepare students for assessments relating to achieving national and state standards.  Coaching may be available with this position but not required.

Successful candidates will hold or be able to hold proper endorsements to teach in any of the following areas: Biology, Chemistry, Earth and Space Science, Anatomy and physiology, Physics or Science. We offer a competitive salary and benefit package, Current Base Salary beginning at $35,500 pending negotiations for the school year, and a four day week, and housing options are available. Candidates will begin duties in August 2022, for the 2022-2023 school year.
