| Job Summary: |
The Pulmonary Clinic Advanced Practice Provider will serve as a Full Time Advanced Practice Provider to provide care to adult patients within the Pulmonary Clinic at University Health Care Center. Responsibilities include providing expert level clinical care & coordination of care via a full range of services that will improve quality of patient care assessing & evaluating patients, ordering appropriate laboratory testing & diagnostic studies, arranging for referrals, testing, consultation & therapeutic services, and maintaining outstanding relationships with families, referring physicians & all members of the health care team. |

| Minimum Qualifications: |
NYS licensed/registered NP or PA required. Master’s Degree as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant & current National Certification consistent to the clinical practice also required. CPR-BLS Certification required at the time of appointment. |
| Preferred Qualifications: |
Ambulatory setting experience and/or Pulmonary experience preferred. |
