Job Description
Position SummarySpectrum Health Insights & Analytics (I&A) seeks a Lead to join our growing team. I&A is responsible for discovering and embedding the objective consumer, market and competitive insights that enable Spectrum Health’s vision, mission and strategy. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to understand the business problem, creatively discover the solution using primary and secondary research and then educate a cross-functional audience on the key insights and implications.
Essential FunctionsCombine industry trends, business performance, and consumer/market research to provide clear, insightful analysis that tells a story in a manner that inspires ideas and action.
Synthesize learnings from multiple environmental data sources (i.e. competitive, market and consumer data) into actionable reports, whitepapers and presentations using a variety of tools and techniques that support strategic initiatives.
Partner with leadership and cross-functional subject matter experts to provide an understanding of what is happening in the market and provide actionable recommendations.
Proactively anticipate business questions and associated learning needs for assigned areas of responsibility.
Monitor environmental data trends to proactively deliver insights and elevate early signals of market shifts.
Possess strong knowledge and skill in Microsoft Excel (tables, calculations, formulas, and charts), Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Word.
