RESPONSIBILITIES
Description of Position: HR Program Managers provide vital support to the overall mission and employees of the NSA by providing front-line HR services. As an HR Program Manager, you will be part of a team that provides HR-related program management, to include partnering with an array of organizations in coordinating/developing programs and providing guidance on HR. In addition, you will actively engage with customer organizations in delivering training and briefings as new HR programs, policies, and procedures are implemented. Responsibilities of an HR Program Manager may include, but are not limited to: - Negotiating and executing funding - Establishing and tracking program schedules - Managing contracts - Retrieving, compiling and analyzing program data - Identifying and implementing process efficiencies

PAY BENEFITS & WORK SCHEDULE
Salary offers are based on candidates' education level and years of experience relevant to the position and also take into account information provided by the hiring manager/organization regarding the work level for the position. Salary Range: $50,643 - $97,430 (Entry - Full Performance) Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, with basic 8hr/day work requirements between 0600 and 1800 (flexible).
