Become a part of our team of IT professionals as a Developer/Reporting Analyst in the IT/IS Department at Behavioral Health Network!

The Developer/Reporting Analyst supports the ongoing demand for reliable, timely and accurate data to support and drive business decisions. Responsibilities include the building, testing, and implementing reporting needs for the organization.  The incumbent will be proficient in generating SQL queries and scripts that lead to the production of reports and Power BI Dashboards.

Job Requirements:

Developer/Reporting Analyst at Behavioral Health Network have the additional qualities:

  • Proficiency in generating SQL queries and scripts.
  • Ability to prepare easy-to-read reports and present information to various audiences.
  • Translate stakeholder requirements into reporting deliverables.
  • Optimize reporting performance and data quality proactively.
  • Working with end users specifically oriented toward report troubleshooting.
  • Research and share knowledge of upcoming technical advances in software development
  • Perform day-to-day end user support, trouble shooting and enhancement of published reports. 
  • Experience with the following Business Intelligence tools is a plus:
    • Power BI, Pentaho and Crystal Reports, SSRS reporting 
  • Ability to maintain attendance to support required quality and quantity of work.
  • Ability to identify problems and be proactive in addressing them.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving ability.
  • Provide internal customer service to various departments, must be able to translate technical information to non-technical audiences
