The Supported Housing & Recovery Services Supervisor
This is a regular, full-time position for a supervisor to work in specialized programs of Adult Behavioral Health.
Responsibilities include; program evaluation and implementation, teaching professional techniques and skills, and providing consultation and information regarding activities encompassing a wide spectrum of community agencies and professional disciplines. Duties include administrative and clinical supervision in combination with leadership team to the Human Services staff as designated by manager; supervision of other Human Services staff and students; supervision of Certified Recovery Mentors; and providing leadership to less experienced staff. Will supervise QMHA staff who provide services for adults with mental health needs including trauma and alcohol and other drug abuse issues, will coordinate and monitor caseload assignments and productivity, and will provide clinical supervision based on Oregon Health Authority contractual mandates. THIS IS A NON-BARGAINING POSITION

 

The Qualifications
A master’s degree from an accredited school is required, or a combination of a bachelor’s degree and
advanced training in a related field, in addition to five years of relevant experience with progressive responsibilities in program administration or supervision. Graduate-level course work and training may be substituted for up to two years’ experience. Must possess CADC II certification or be able to obtain certification within three months of hire and must have an NPI number or the ability to obtain one upon employment. Must have credentials as a QMHP or QMHA. Will be subject to successful completion of a background check.
