Maintenance Technician

The Greenville Housing Authority is recruiting for a Maintenance Technician responsible for performing a variety of semi-skilled and skilled structural, plumbing, and electrical building maintenance work.

Duties include repair and replacement of windows, doors, walls, ceilings, toilets, electrical outlets, etc. May assist and repair in other areas as needed. Requires high school diploma or G.E.D. Certification, ability to read and write in English, plus six months building grounds and maintenance experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. All applicants must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening, criminal background check, and possess a valid North Carolina Drivers License.
