Eng. or Pwr Systems & 5 years of professional exp in utility/power industry with at least 2 of the following: system analysis; power systems operations research; real-time applications development; & regulatory, economic or data analysis. Must also have 2 years of exp in the support, development or implementation of computational methods of cost modeling or market or power systems models.
