Theapeutic Recreation Worker

Be a functioning member of the recreation team. A degree in a related field and/or experience working with at risk youth in a residential setting, providing services conducive to growth and development. Must be creative, work well independently, have the ability to multi task and perform well under stressful situations.

Work is typically performed in areas designated for recreation, including the outdoor courts, the gymnasium, the Wilderness Adventure Program, residential facilities including travel to multiple sites as related to the position.  Be able to satisfactorily complete all requirements of Therapeutic Crisis Intervention and Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation/First Aid/Automated External Defibrillator. 

Perform any and all miscellaneous job duties as may be required from time to time.
