Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist with video editing and social media projects.
  2. Assist with social media/marketing campaigns and contests.
  3. Collaborate with Project Coordinator on creative ideas to promote the twelve College of Health Professions programs.
  4. Attend college events to capture student involvement, accomplishments and activities.
Minimum Qualifications:

Must be a current student enrolled at Upstate Medical University and approved for financial aid through the Student Financial Aid office at Upstate.              

Preferred Qualifications:

Preferred qualifications:

  1. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  2. Good computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  3. Ability to handling multiple, high-priority tasks simultaneously.
  4. Experience with video editing including:
    • Trimming footage segments and put together the sequence of the film
    • Inputting music, dialogues, graphics and effects
    • Ensuring logical sequencing and smooth running

Salary Range/Pay Rate:

  $16 per hour
