Position Opening:

The Town of Lee is seeking qualified, intrinsically motivated candidates for the position of Mechanic/Driver in our Department of Public Works. Reporting to the DPW Highway supervisor/ DPW Superintendent, the Mechanic/Driver performs preventative maintenance and repairs on Town vehicles, equipment and buildings. CDL / Hydraulic License required. Skilled operation of light and heavy trucks is required, but also the ability to perform routine maintenance on public streets and walkways, parks and playgrounds, cemeteries and recreational/conservation areas. Lee takes pride in the condition of its roads, the quality of its services, and the relationship with the Town's citizenry.
