Service Manager – Hagerstown Area

Hagerstown area Service Department is looking for a full time Service Manager who is motivated and growth-oriented. Candidate must possess managerial skills in order to interact in all areas of the service division. Salary is commensurate with experience. Position requires supervision of Diesel Technicians, Service Advisors, scheduling, hiring, training and other daily responsibilities. Responsibilities includes:  Customer service satisfaction, sales/marketing, business development P&L responsibilities, meet staffing requirements for technicians & service advisor(s), equipment and facility maintenance/repair, resolve employee issues, work with Service Director to increase company’s business, control expenses, coordinate workflow as needed to accomplish all business operations, learn tire business and company’s product lines, enforce company safety and environmental program, other assigned duties.
