| Job Summary: | The IMT Clinical Support Student Assistant, under the direction of the IMT Clinical Support Representatives, observes as this team serves as a liaison between end users and IMT. The Student Assistant will be afforded the opportunity to learn how to provide basic, first line support for clinical end users including nurses and physicians across hospital campuses. The Student Assistant will do so by shadowing Clinical Support Representatives as they conduct rounds, respond to support tickets, and accept pages and phone calls. Under the direction and oversight of the Clinical Support Representatives, the Student Assistant will log issues and document troubleshooting details in the IMT ticket system. Additional support for other projects may be Requested. |
