ATSS is looking for a Structural Engineer for an Engineering client in Panama City, FL.
Must have a PE license.
Structural Engineer
Must demonstrate Structural Engineering experience with the following: reviewing design/Build packages; reviewing construction submittals; providing response to contractor questions, RFIs/RFCs; identify contract deficiencies, construction deficiencies, project issues; provide input on requests for equitable adjustment, and claims; make written recommendations to the COR; assist in preparing documents for change orders and claims; make technical interpretations of drawings and specifications; provide engineering determinations on meeting the contract requirements; make practicability determinations from a construction standpoint; and utilize Resident Management System (RMS). Must have demonstrated experience working with coastal projects and high wind loads
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Requirements
1. A bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited institution.
Registration as a Professional Engineer in Florida
3. A minimum of ten years of engineering experience in construction management.

DoD experience
Corps of Engineers experience with Resident Management System (RMS)
