Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Attend a total thirty (30) weeks and ten (10) weekends each year on the infectious diseases service (at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, New Brunswick).
- Two (2) half-days a week in the outpatient faculty practice ID clinic, as well as in the long-term COVID clinic (at 125 Paterson Street, New Brunswick).
- Supervise, teach and mentor fellows, residents and medical students.
- Pursue academic interests leading to peer-reviewed publications on topics related to infectious diseases.
- Participate in the academic activities of ID as well as the educational, patient care, research/quality improvement and other activities of the Department of Medicine. Guidance will be provided by the Division Chief (Dr. Kaye).
