PART-TIME INVESTIGATOR AND FULL-TIME POLICE OFFICER- Granby Police Department is currently accepting applications for employment for the roles of Part-Time Investigator and Full-Time Police Officer.  The application for employment can be found below. ADMINISTRATION TECHNICIAN- This is a benefited, full-time position that will allow the staff member opportunities to work with the Town Manager, Department Directors, and the public in clarifying and communicating strategic direction for the Town of Granby. The Administration Technician will leverage the Comprehensive Master Plan to prioritize work and will support such critical tasks as safety and risk management, vendor communication, and analysis and sales tax reporting. The ideal candidate has municipal or government experience, comfort with data processing and spreadsheets, and is able to effectively publish internal and external communications. An Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and accounting/bookkeeping experience is helpful. The Administration Technician should possess or have the ability to obtain a valid Colorado driver’s license. Salary starts at $25 per hour coupled with generous insurance and retirement benefits. ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT- This is a part-time role, structured to work with the right candidate’s availability. The administrative assistant is the face of the Town of Granby, supporting requests and questions from citizens, businesses, and Town of Granby staff. Generally, we would expect this role to work 16 – 24 hours per week depending on availability. Duties include interacting with constituents in person, through email, and over the phone, appropriately processing payments for Town services, general office support for Town Hall, and administrative support for Town Manager. The ideal candidate would be able to effectively use Microsoft Office software, is a self-starter who learns quickly, and who enjoys interacting with the public and with town staff.
