Come join our team! This is a 10 month position/8 hours per day. Applicants are required to have a high school diploma. Additional training preferred. Advanced skills in word processing, spreadsheets, and Google applications including Docs and Calendar preferred. Exemplary customer service skills are required.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES of the: Data Management Specialist • Confirming, reviewing, verifying, correcting, and submitting accurate and complete student data for State MARSS Reporting
• Training staff on the use of school management programs. These include Infinite Campus and MARSS coding
• Developing the Minnesota Common Course Catalogue
• Carl Perkins reporting on Technical Education programs
• Learning and using new State reporting systems (Ed-Fi)
• Checking all reports and data and uploading to the State
• Prepares for beginning/end of school year
• Other duties as assigned that are usual and customary for persons in this job classification
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES of the: Due Process Secretary • Scheduling IEP meetings for Special Education staff
• Maintaining student special education files and student database in Sped Forms • Supporting the Special Education staff
• Attending Child Study Team meetings, taking minutes and distributing to the participants
• Other duties as assigned that are usual and customary for persons in this job classification
