Ensure accurate & timely mthly, qrtrly. & yr. end close processes & fin. rptg. Mntn G/L, mng. journal entries & invoices, recon. accts. for mth-, qrtr- and yr-end close & recncln. & ann. closing & identify & rslv. discreps. Oversee, rev. & coord. activities of AR/AP staff. Coord. rptg. for all req'd. tax filings. Prep. for & coord. annual aud. & srv as POC for ext. auditors. Rev. Co.'s acctg. info. & rslv. acctg discreps. Monitor & analyze fin. acctg data. Ensure acctg functions & dept. follow ICs & policies in accord. w/FASB, US GAAP & SEC stds. & est'd BPs. Utilize Intuit payroll, QBs, MS Off., advcd Excel, & other acctg tools & tech.'s; stay abreast of acctg & bkkpg tech. devt.; & make recs. for improvmts/upgrades. Hours: 9am-6pm, Mon-Fri.
