Under the general direction of the Director of Engineering, duties include, but are not limited to the following: Directs, administers, and supports all engineering activities including road and bridge construction planning and management, project design, specification development, bridge inspections, and traffic engineering functions. DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum requirements: Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering or related field and five years of experience in road and bridge design and construction. Possession of a Professional Engineer's (P.E.) license is preferred, but required within one year. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, CADD, and related software.
