The Human Resources Analyst’s key responsibilities are weekly management of the 401(k) and benefits vendor billing. You will also work on government compliance such as: Affordable Care Act (ACA); Non-discrimination testing of 401(k) and Health & Welfare benefit programs; Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO-1) reporting; Medicare; and 5500s.
