CREOKS Behavioral Health Services is the largest non-profit, mental health and substance abuse provider in Oklahoma, with 22 clinics that span across the eastern half of the state. This Division offers more than 35 years of quality services and programs that benefit adults, adolescents and children. CREOKS' caring and professional staff provide outpatient behavioral health services in our clinics, in-home and through school-based programs to facilitate recovery and healthy family lives.

We're currently renovating 40,000 square feet in what was previously Mervyns at the Tulsa Promenade Mall. Our Tulsa behavioral health clinic and administration offices are complete and operating in the new location. Once the balance of renovations concludes, the facility will also include a family medical practice, dental, home health, and a commercial pharmacy. CREOKS Behavioral Health Services is certified by the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services and is accredited by CARF International.
