Two years of experience must include: developing application development, system evaluations, and support for health and human services; reviewing and implementing Information Technology Infrastructure Library standards; identifying, designing, and implementing business and technology services for state and local government clients; evaluating risks related to requirements management, business process definition, testing processes, internal controls, project communications, training, and organizational change management; reviewing business processes and information security controls to provide secure access to information within applications; and conducting reviews of integrator deliverables through systems development life cycle.
