Request for Proposals ~ Public Agency General Counsel
The San Joaquin County Resource Conservation District (www.sjcrcd.com) is a special district that covers all of San Joaquin County. The mission of the district is to work with public and private property owners to promote conservation of the County’s diverse resources. The District is governed by a nine member board of directors and utilizes independent contractors to provide staffing as needed. The District seeks proposals from qualified attorneys to provide public agency general counsel. See full RFP below.
