89-Year-Old Akron Company Enjoying Unprecedented Growth Ferriot Inc. is a custom injection molder and contract manufacturer serving OEM’s in a variety of markets. We are seeking a Process Technician and Production Supervisors Process Technician – 2nd Shift

The Process Technician will perform a variety of technical duties within the molding department. Your focus will be to develop, optimize and troubleshoot injection molding processes to improve efficiencies in mold changeover times, scrap rates, cycle times, etc. You will train employees on processing techniques, proper operation of machine controls, data capture/storage devices, printer, dryers, thermolators, robotics and other auxiliary equipment. Minimum 5 years of advanced injection molding with processing, mold tryout or technician experience background is a must.

Production Supervisor (Two Positions)

Do you have experience leading a team of operators in a manufacturing setting? If so, our molding department needs you. The Production Supervisor will effectively communicate, coach and develop a team atmosphere. In this position you will perform supervisory and production functions where you will schedule daily assignments, direct job functions, carry out production requirements, oversee equipment problems, and handle employee complaints, problems and discipline. The supervisor will liaison with other departments and customers. Positions are available for first and third shifts.
