Responsibilities:

·         conduct psychosocial assessments.

·         provide appropriate evidence-based psychotherapy to individuals and families.

·         maintain timely and accurate patient records.

·         attend supervision and staff meetings.

Qualifications:

·         Licensed (State of Michigan) master’s level social worker (LMSW).

·         Experience working with a variety of patient concerns and populations.

·         Strong interpersonal, written, oral communication and computer skills.
