Chef wanted for a fine restaurant located in Madison, CT., able to review menu, create new dish to add to menu, cook and supervise the cooking of all the dishes on menu and the peeling, washing, trimming of vegetables and the cutting and slicing of meats for cooking; prepare, create or supervise the preparation of seasoning sauces for the dishes. Two years experiences; adjustable working hour from day to day but minimum 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. Estimated annual wage is $59,000.
