Lead Building Custodian/Maintenance Technician
Job Description
A local facility is seeking a technician who will be responsible for making general maintenance and repairs of 7 buildings on the property, being there for inspections, removing snow, and performing other duties as needed. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Job Requirements
Qualified candidates must have prior custodial and building maintenance experience, must not be afraid of heights, must be able to pay attention to detail, must have a good attitude, must have a neat and clean appearance, and must have a solid work history with no attendance issues. Only candidates that can pass a FBI, BCI, background, fingerprint check, and drug screen will be considered. This company offers benefits upon permanent hire.
