SUMMARY:

The primary purpose of this position is to repair major engine and drive train and electrical overhaul.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or five years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Major engine, drive train and electrical over haul and repairs
• Minor repairs to vehicle and large equipment components
• To assist others in service center answering questions and giving help

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk or hear; and taste or smell. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, outside weather conditions, extreme cold, and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. Must be aware of surroundings with an understanding of a golf environment. Must have the ability to see and react to the surroundings including errant golf balls and must understand and follow proper golf etiquette while completing tasks.
